To decide the payment method please contact us. You can use a bank transfer. Within US and Canada you can use a money order , PayPal or cashier check.


Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are included only in the boots and saddles prices. All charges are shown for you to review before you commit to placing your order. Adjustments to the shipping charges may be arranged via email in case of dispute or special needs. Expedited shipping may also be requested for additional cost, subject to product availability

Prices
All prices are for the retail sales. If you are a wholesaler please consult for our especial prices. Even though you are a small store or you want to buy more than 5 units, please contact us for special discounts.

Some countries may require duties, please check with your local customs office.

Order Status/Order Tracking
We make every effort to keep you informed on the status of your order. Where possible we notify you of shipment and provide package tracking numbers. If you ever have a question concerning your order status your best option is to drop us an eMail. We will be happy to trace your order and let you know exactly what the status is.

Guarantee
Our products are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship. We will also exchange items to correct sizing problems.

Exchanges
Please contact customer service by e-Mail to customerservice@baleathers.com.ar for a Returned Product Authorization (RPA) number and instructions within 10 days of receiving your product. We reserve the right to reject unauthorized returns. You will be responsible for all return shipping charges. You will also be charged the cost of shipping the exchanged item to you except the quality problems. Returned items must be in new, unaltered and unworn condition with the original tags attached.
